SWSA is a nonprofit organization that consists entirely of volunteers and relies solely on sponsorships, donations, and fundraising. We are always looking for fundraising opportunities, volunteers, and business sponsors - if you, or you know someone that would like to support the SWSA girls youth softball program, please email swsa1331@gmail.com.

Calendar Raffle
This is our largest fundraiser for the program. Each girl is asked to sell a minimum of 20 calendars for $10 each. Calendars can be picked up at the March 9th Open Gym. Calendar raffle sales are due by March 30th.
"Dine out to Donate" Nights
Raising money while eating yummy food and supporting local businesses? Yes, please! Invite friends and family to dine in or take out, and the restaurant will donate a percentage of sales during the designated date and time back to SWSA!
Summer Fundraising
Volunteers assemble! EPIC Events and Capital Credit Union Park in Ashwaubenon, WI give local non-profits the opportunity to fundraise each summer at specific events that take place at Capital Credit Union Park. SWSA was able to raise over $8,000 by providing volunteers for two events in 2024. More information for Summer 2025 to come.
Volunteer
It take a village to keep the organization running every season. Parents are the heart of the village - we can't make this happen without you! There are plenty of opportunities to become involved and we are always open to new ideas and suggestions.
Team Parent - We're looking for a parent (or two!) to help manage the team. Duties may include organizing snacks for tournaments, making sure volunteer spots are filled for each game, communication with team parents about practices, games, or special team events, etc.

Being a sponsor isn’t just about financially supporting our program; it is a commitment to helping us build a strong girls softball program focused on empowerment and designed to develop each player’s mental and physical softball skills in a competitive, fun environment. Every tournament the girls participate in is another opportunity for your business to be recognized as a community leader with the Green Bay Southwest High School softball futures program.
The sponsorship deadline is April 1, 2025 for the upcoming 2025 season. (NOTE: Deadline for Grand Slam Sponsorship is March 1, 2025) Benefits are for the 2025 season and include all of the items listed under each sponsorship level. Please note that all sponsorships and donations are tax deductible, see your tax advisor with questions.
